As a reminder, here are our policies related to membership cancellations as stated in our Member Guides:

We require 14 days notice to process your membership cancellation.

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted online.
Please note that should you cancel your membership with HTX Clay and desire to reinstate your membership at a later time when our membership waitlist is activated, you will be asked to join our waitlist.
